The LANZBC have made a submission to the Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Committee in support of New Zealand becoming a party to the TPPA.

The LANZBC joined 27 other business organisations in support for the TPP, in an open letter to Prime Minister John Key. The organisations - representing the majority of New Zealand business - believe that New Zealand business, and the country as a whole, stands to gain significantly from the agreement.

The Latin America New Zealand Business Council congratulates the New Zealand Government on the successful conclusion of this historic trade agreement.
Matthew O’Meagher, President of the LANZBC commented:
